Abestract: This scientific paper aims to present a comparative constitutional and political vision to perpetuate the rights of the parliamentary opposition, and its position in promoting democratic construction and the state of right and law, using a functional structural model, to analyze its role as a result of an appropriate ceiling of rights, freedoms, effective political pluralism, and free, transparent, fair, periodic, and representative elections.

the roles of the parliamentary opposition in them vary according to the nature of political systems, levels of maturity, and democratic deficits.
