This difference in the nature of the judge's judgment affects on a number of questions, firstly legal retirement(Idda); established children's filiations after the separation; the right of inheritance between the spouses in the retroactive divorce; repeat marriage after irrevocable divorce; in the last the case of Criminal prosecution for Adultery.
