Violation of international human rights has become a necessity that requires intervention to help people and protect them from the risk of committing genocide against them, which opened the way for the elaboration of multiple concepts to extend the dominance of the major powers that have taken the issue of human rights as an excuse to interfere in the affairs of states in general and Arab in particular.

In this regard, the international community has decided to intervene to stop human rights violations in some countries that have caused racial and ethnic conflicts, in addition to the ence of democracy due to the existing totalitarian regimes in committing international crimes against civilians, but this interference affected its internal stability and increased its suffering, due to intolerance The international community has moral and legal responsibilities associated with international intervention.

Accordingly, this article aims to address the basis and impact of the international military intervention that the international community has devoted to protecting human rights and preventing their violation, on the internal stability of countries that have witnessed such interventions as Iraq, Libya and others.
