The real reason for inquity the vulnerable party in international Contracts and under the regulations laws conflict is olute application of free will, under which given to the parties contracting free choice of the law that governs the international contact and competent which hears disputes, in this way some legislation made exclude or restrict the free will for certain types of contracts by putting special attribution rules to protect weaker.
