تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تفكيك مفهوم الهجرة غير الشرعية و تبيان الفرق بينه و بين المصطلحات الشبيهة به وذلك من خلال إيجاد إطارا يعتد به لفهم تعقيدات التركيبة المفاهمية و التي يعتبرها البعض أنها أدت إلى بروز لبس في فهم المصطلح.
وفي سبيل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على نظرية ما بعد الاستعمار للوقوف على جوانب الموضوع كافة و خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن مفهوم الهجرة غير الشرعية هو مفهوم دخيل على الإنسانية.

Abstract EN
This study aims to deconstruct the concept of illegal immigration and clarify the difference between it and similar terminology, by creating a reliable framework for understanding the complexities of the conceptual structure, which some consider has led to the emergence of ambiguity in the understanding of the term.
To achieve the goal of this study, the post-colonial theory has been relied upon to determine all aspects of the topic.
This study concluded that the concept of illegal immigration is an alien concept to humanity.
