This study undertakes the legal status of the trainee towards his administration, which emanates from his appointment to a public job position, and which is characterized by instability because the probationary period might end by not being permanently hired due to lack of competence or inefficiency, and the effect of this legal relationship between the trainee and the administration is managed by public function laws allowing the trainee to have the same rights and duties as the employees allowing him to perform his duties to the fullest, except for what is excluded by a legal text.
