Two degree litigation in the algerian administrative judiciary constitutes one of the guarantees established to protect the rights of litigants and achieve justice, as it gives the parties to the conflitct the possibility to present their dispute to a party above the party that issued the judgment, and it is one of the algerian judicial system according ti the text of article 06 of the civil and administrative procedures law, as well as i twas of interest to many jurists and researchers, soi t was among the criticisms and justifications.
