Universal financial markets have been severely affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, due to the preventives measures taken by countries for making end to the terrible spread of coronavirus, measures which have led to an economic recession and a sudden collapse in prices in the world's stock exchanges.

The interdependence of financial markets cause the financial globalization has led to symmetrical reactions of the markets to the health pandemic.

However the Algerian financial market, was not affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, due to the ence of financial products in algerien stock exchange, which remains unable to attract foreign securities and investors.

It has also shown its inability to revitalize the Algerian economy, which lacks diversity and depends entirely on energy resources.
