نظرا للأهمية البالغة التي تكتسيها الحافظة العقارية الموجهة للاستثمار الصناعي و بهدف تمكين المستثمرين من انجاز مشاريعهم الاستثمارية الصناعية في وقت قصير و مساعدتهم على التخلص من العوائق التي تعترضهم أنشأت عدة هيئات و أجهزة مكلفة بمتابعة الاستثمار كما تقوم على تهيئة و تسيير العقار الصناعي
Abstract EN
In view of the great importance of the real estate portfolio directed to industrial investment, and with the aim of enabling investors to complete their industrial investment projects in a short time and helping them get rid of the obstacles that encounter them, several bodies and agencies have been established in charge of following up the investment as it is based on preparing and managing industrial real estate.
