This research aims to highlight the importance of financial instruments represented in Islamic sukuk and the role they play in the mobilization of savings to direct it towards investment.

However, they still need a legal framework that controls them in a manner proportionate to their nature, especially since they are subject to the controls of Islamic Sharia law.

We have found, through research, that sukuk are an important tool for funding development projects, especially for governments, as they meet their infrastructure funding needs and work to fill their budget gap.

, and they can also be an alternative to bonds because they offer greater independence on the one hand, and are more flexibility in the treatment of the rest of the other financial types on the other hand, due to the diversity of the formulas onwhich it is based.
