Abstract EN

The present research paper aims to cover the various legal and material issues concerning the month of contracts that transfer real estate ownership, whether at the level of real estate survey services, or at the level of real estate conservation.

The study concluded that the various legislative and organizational solutions approved by the Algerian legislator to confront the problems of the real estate registry are insufficient, and they can be described as prosthetic solutions that aim to address independent situations, which calls for the search of radical solutions to settle the problems of the real estate registry.
