Legal security is considerd one of the most important foundation for building the legal state, because it means the quality of the law, the possibility of reaching it and its stability, wich achieves the stability of legal relation, and not being exposed to surprises due to the permanent change of laws.

Therefore, we will try through this resarsh paper to clarify the concepte of this principale and its legal natur, and know the extent of the impact of legislative inflation and financial laws, on the legal security of real estate legislation in particular.
