This research deals with the most important sayings of the pragmatic approach through which Western linguists founded this linguistic approach and our focus was on the actions of speech and its classifications especially in Searle as well as its types (directly and indirectly) and the implications of saying and the phenomenon of preconceived assumption, and then we came up with an issue that was one of the most important things that came deliberative and we mean dialogue commitment, as we addressed the phenomenon of pilgrims as also one of the pillars of deliberative approach.
