The Hospitality in the Arab community is associated with the feast prepared by the host in honor of guests, as a sign of care and attention to them.

However, this does not necessarily reflect any accurate awareness of all the significations that this original Arabic term can convey; the Article extracts these significations from the linguistic root of "hospitality" and its various combinations before they are enriched by other ones brought about by the Holy Quran.
