Proverb is one of the most important oral forms which lives in a collective memory, and moves from one culture to another, while it affected as the language /dialect contained.

It is known by specialists in this field how proverb is peculiar and very special the fact that makes it a solution to communicate without the need to refer to a note or a book to remember it.

In fact it is presented in a case which is very similar or identical to the first event by which the proverb came into existence; this is why the first events and the author being missed, and thus proverbs'authors become unknown, as a result we can question the proverb's emergence and aquisition in individual and collective memory.
