The history of humanity has proven that every nation in its development is led by its elite in the political, social, cultural and scientific field, and since the state of the Arab and Islamic nation is one of backwardness and collapse, then it needs an elitist civilization project that would restore its defunct glory, hence the attempts of some contemporary Arab thinkers, each according to its starting point.

The intellectual, Malik bin Nabi is one of those who drew up a project for the renascence that focuses primarily on the elite and its pioneering role, as he worked on investigating the relationship between the elite in Algerian society and the renascence structure, as well as monitoring the importance of the educated class and the role it plays in the process of change.

Accordingly, our goal did not differ from Malik bin Nabi, where we sought through this research paper to reveal the effectiveness of the Algerian national elite in the strategy of civilized renewal by reading and analyzing Bennabi's writings.
