Abstract AR
تعتبر العلاقات المدنية و العسكرية في تاريخ جمهورية افريقيا الوسطى بصفة خاصة احدى روافد الدراسات في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية.
و الدراسات الافريقية حيث قدم المؤرخون و علماء الاجتماع و السياسة و محللو السياسات مساهمات كبيرة.
و اجاد مقاربة متعددة التخصصات في الحقل الفرعي "لقوات المسلحة و المجتمع " و على تفسير علاقة المؤسسة العسكرية في الحياة السياسية.
و من اشكاليات الرئيسية في تاريخها.
و تعد علاقة المؤسسات السياسية المدنية بالمؤسسات العسكرية بين ضعف و هشاشة الدولة و التدخلات الخارجية من العوامل المؤثرة في عملية الاستقرار السياسي و الانتقال السلس و تحديد ديناميات السياسة و ارتباطها بضعف الدولة و تدخلات الخارجية الاقليمية منها و الدولية.
و سيطرة العسكري على المدني، و رصد جذور العلاقات المدنية و العسكرية و تحولاتها التاريخية و عرض لأنظمة الحكم منذ استقلالها في 1960.
و الكيفية التي خضعت بها للنفوذ العسكري و سيطرة القوة الاستعمارية و مصير العلاقات في ضوء الوقائع و الاحدث الجارية داخل الدولة.
و يشكل خطاب كل زعيم انقلاب مبررا على استيلائه على السلطة بدعوى إنقاذ دولة من عواقب حكومة غير كفؤة و فاسدة كما يتكرر في تاريخ النظم السياسية الافريقية ما بعد الاستعماران الحكام من العسكر لا يخرجون من السلطة من تلقاء أنفسهم لا يعني انتهاء دورهم في السياسة و لا يعني أيضا استقرار النظام المدني الوليد فالمخاطر تظل قائمة سواء اكانت على شكل انقلابات عسكرية أو قيام ديمقراطيات ضعيفة و فاشلة

Civil and military relations in general, in the history of the Central African Republic, one of the links of studies in the field of social sciences and African studies.
Historians, sociologists, political scientists and policy analysts have made significant contributions.
A multidisciplinary approach is being found in the sub-field of the armed forces and society.
Helping to explain the relationship of the military in political life is a major problem in the history of the Central African Republic.
Defining military control over civilians, monitoring the roots of civil and military relations and their historical transformations and presenting regimes since their independence in the 1960s.
How it was subjected to military influence and the control of the French colonial power and the fate of these relations in the light of the realities and the latest developments within the StateThe speech of each leader constitutes a justified coup d'état on the pretext of saving a state from the consequences of an incompetent and corrupt government, as is repeated in the history of post-colonial African political systems, the rulers of the military do not come out of power on their own, until the departure of the military from power.
