The study aims to analyze the approach of democratic transition, in accordance with the developments of the health crisis known by the international system, which imposed global and national challenges and bets, especially since Algeria has experienced a popular movement that in turn imposed new variables, Algeria found itself facing the challenges of bilateral democratic transition and pandemic, which led to an attempt to reconsider policies and strategies to address the crisis at all levels, especially since the high frequency of protests prompted decision makers to adopt new visions, alternatives and solutions within a overlapping pattern between maintaining internal stability and addressing the pandemic, in accordance with these frameworks and policies.

We are trying to develop scenarios for Algeria's future.
