Abstract AR
كان الدين والعصبية ولا يزالان المتدخلين الأساسيين في تأسيس الكيانات واستمرارها أو زوالها، والمتتبع لمسار الدول التي أقامتها قبائل الصحراء-رغم وصفها بالبداوة-يخلص إلى نتيجة مفادها أن جميع تلك الدول قد اعتمدت على الدين بمفهومه الواسع، أو على الأقل اصطبغت بصبغته.
ولا يماري أحد في القول بأن الدين لعب دورا فاعلا في قيام تلك الدول، التي بلغ مداها السياسي وتجاوز تأثيرها الحضاري معظم بلاد المغرب الإسلامي والأندلس، كما هو الحال مع دولة المرابطين.
إلا أن ذلك الدور يظل غير كاف ولا غير حاسم لأن فاعليته تبقى منقوصة ما لم توظف روح العصبية في ذلك.
والدعوة الدينية في حد ذاتها عندما تستهدف تغيير الواقع، وإصلاح معالمه القائمة لا تتم، ولا تتحقق أهدافها إلا بوجود شوكة العصبية التي تظهرها وتذود عنها من يعترض سبيلها أو يتعرض لها.
Abstract EN
Religion and tribalism have been and still are the main interferences in the creation of entities, their continuation or their disappearance.
the one who follows the track held by Saharian tribes, even it was described as Bedouins, can concludes that all those countries relied on the broadest senses of religion.
no one can deny the important role of religion on the establishment of these countries.
this role has great amount of political and cultural influence on western Maghreb and alMoravids.
but this role remains inadequate, because its effectiveness remains incomplete unless it employs a tribalism spirit.
the aim of D'awah itself in changing reality and reforming its features can't be achieved without Tribalism.
