This research aims to define the specifications of the preparation of Arabic programs for specific purposes for the non-native learners of the Arabic language, explain the importance of using Arabic programs for specific purposes to the non-native learners of the Arabic language, determine the extent of the participation of the teachers of the Arabic language teaching institutes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the preparation and implementation of the Arabic programs for specific purposes, and to determine the obstacles that the teachers of the Arabic language teaching institutes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia face in the teaching of Arabic for specific purposes and its programs.
To achieve these goals, the researcher used the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a research tool.
The results of the study show that all the terms of the technical specifications for the preparation of Arabic programs for specific purposes for the non-native learners of the Arabic language were either (very important) or (important), and this proves to the researcher the great importance of the technical specifications for the programs of teaching Arabic for specific purpose, all the terms of the scientific specifications for the preparation of Arabic programs for specific purposes for the non-native learners of the Arabic language were between (very important) and (important), and this also proves to the researcher the great importance of the scientific specifications for the programs of teaching Arabic for specific purpose, all the terms regarding the importance of teaching Arabic language for specific purposes and its programs for the non-native learners of the Arabic language were between (to a very large extent) and (to a large extent), and this proves to the researcher its great importanceArabic language teaching institutes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the preparation and implementation of the Arabic programs for specific purposes were between (medium) and (weak) which support the positivity of the researcher’s opinion that most of the trends of this focus are weak and this indicates the weak participation of teachers, and the terms regarding the obstacles that the teachers of the Arabic language teaching institutes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia face in the teaching of Arabic for specific purposes and its programs were (large).
And this indicates that that all the trends of this focus are characterized by the existence of problems that hinder it in this regard.
The research also arrived at several recommendations and proposals.
