In this paper, I will talk about the financial rights of the wife resulting from the marriage contract through a comparative inductive approach.

Through the research, it was found that the wife has financial rights, including the dowry, and alimony that includes all the food, clothing, housing, and medicine the wife needs, and that the wife does not have to spend on the husband even if she is well off, just as the wife has an independent financial responsibility, and she has the right to fully dispose of her property.

Like a man, it is also proven that each of the spouses has the right to inherit between them.
