This study aimed to determine the degree of application of the dimensions of the educated organization in the Syrian civil society organizations from its employees’ aspect, and to identify the extent to which the employees of the Syrian civil society practice the behaviors of organizational citizenship.

A set of main and secondary hypotheses were formulated and tested through the statistical program (SPSS), by analyzing the data that It was obtained through a questionnaire that was distributed to the employees of Syrian civil society organizations, and accordingly, the study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between educated Syrian organizations and the promotion of organizational citizenship behavior in them.

Pay more attention to the concept of the learning organization in Syrian organizations, which will reflect positively on the behavior of individuals within them and develop a sense of belonging and citizenship in them.
