Abstract EN

The study dealt with the subject of the supervision of the administrative judiciary on the disciplinary decisions issued by the Jordanian Lawyers Association, the study problem represented in illustrating administrative juridical monetary over the disciplinary decisions issued by the Jordanian lawyers association, in that form introducing a number of questions.

The study reached a number of results, the most important: the lawyer might fall in mistake during performing the job or because of it, so his relation with the lawyers association is an organizational relationship results in the right of monitoring by the association of the lawyers, actions and works, and practicing the disciplinary right towards him, and the disciplinary authority is the specialized party in the disciplinary according to the low's provisions in the case of proving that the lawyers violated his duties according to the situations decided legally, since the association board issues the decision turning the lawyer to the disciplinary council, and the compensation suit is linked with the resulting harm from the disciplinary decision with the call to eliminate the disciplinary decision in front of the administrative court during the decided period legally to appeal it, and fall by passing sixty days from the date of informing the disciplinary decision to the concerned person.

In light of the results, the researchers recommended the follow ing: determining a clear concept about the disciplinary violation mode by layer, and the establishment of clear donations for the disciplinary penalties and to be gradual to be relevant between the penalty and the disciplinary violation in servity and alleviation in the penalty, through returning to what the administrative juridical has settled with the decision.
