"This democracy, which flourished in the West, was ent from the Arab sun, because the Arab world was late in adopting this model in political life, as a result of the colonization that perched on the Arab region for different periods, and had a negative impact on those countries, as well as the revolutions based on colonialism did not adopt the model Democracy in government, and even the rule of law, adopted dictatorship in the exercise of power, which of course led to the marked delay in catching up with democracy and achieving a successful democratic transition.
