And to prevent terrorist groups from access to weapons nuclear the international atomic energy agency to take a set of actions it prevents the spread nuclear weapons and to develop international procedures protection of nuclear materials and nuclear facilities which requires strict application of measure protection and security measure where these materials are located to thwart terrorism attempts intended to get it.
