The paper aims to study the crime of human trafficking, which is the contemporary form of the crime of trafficking in slavery against humanity from ancient times, and a form of slavery and slavery to which human beings have been subjected in times of the past, which has made man a mere commodity to be sold and sold, under the leadership of organized crime gangs and groups.

In the face of the increasing severity of this crime at the global level, the international community has tried to address it through numerous conferences and the conclusion of several conventions on this subject, aimed at trying to eliminate or at least reduce this organized crime.

The study concluded that the crime of human trafficking was one of the most serious crimes and the largest illicit trafficking that threatened human security, which called for international cooperation to combat it, through the development of a well-defined strategy that took into account the nature and seriousness of the crime.
