This paper addressed the topic of human relations skills, due to the changes in the working environment and the imperative to keep up with them it became necessary for managers and officials in organizations, to work on possessing effective behavioral skills to help them adapt to different changes and this study sought to reveal it, where the researchers addressed a set of human relations skills necessary to achieve the organization's goals efficiently and effectively, namely communication skill, skill of work in the team, leadership skill.
