Summary: Relative retirement is one of the most controversial topics recently, whether as a legitimate request demanded by teachers when they feel strong professional pressure or for health, social and psychological reasons, on the other side, this constitutes a threat for the transfer of the experience of the old professors to the new professors within the framework of the pedagogical support which they need, especially in the first year of employment, when they really need someone to guide them and take their first steps in their career path.

It is perhaps the particularity of the teaching profession that requires it, the fact that teaching as a practice may differ from what this professor theoretically received in universities and colleges, accordingly, this scientific article comes to clarify the reasons for teachers demand for relative retirement and its effects which cast a shadow on the transfer of experiences to new teachers.
