Through this study, we seek to highlight the nature of Islamic banking in light of the growth of the Islamic banking industry in many countries.

Several Islamic, Arab, and Western countries have made strides in this, especially in Southeast Asia, the Arab Gulf, and Europe.

Its efforts have culminated impressive successes carried out by establishing branches of its institutions and banks, with the aim of generalizing this industry and expanding its activities outside their countries of origin where it has received an increasing demand and demands for its products by individuals and institutions whom are looking for financing and investment in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
