The concept of quality Is an important modern management concept That has been used by diffèrent institutions to adopt its principles and programs in order to improuve their performance and their production, and higher éducation institutions have accentuated this matter as the most important institutions that depend on It.

However, the success of the application of quality standards requires an adequate communication culture, this calls for the development of this culture which is considered the cornerstone that contributes in the consolidation of the quality culture and this is what we will try to put forward through this article.
