Abstract EN

Due to the great importance of the electronic management, its use became an imperative necessity in all countries around the world.

Its use was not restricted to Western countries only, but has also expanded to reach some Arab countries which were not in isolation from the developments that the world has witnessed in the field of information and communications technology.

Thus, in this research paper, we have discussed the nature of electronic management by tackling the definition of this term, the motives for the shift towards electronic management, in addition to the advantages of this transformation, then presenting some Arab leading experiences in the field of electronic management uses.
