The aim the study in general is to try to know the efect that some leadership variables have for the supervising professor on self-confidence for students who are coming to graduate, and the descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool were used, which were applied to a sample of 150 masters students who are on the way to graduation, and the following results were drawn: - There is an effect of motivational style and the style guidance by counselling professor supervising self-confidence for students who are coming to graduate to obtain a master's degree
