Plurilingualism in Algeria between the requirements of language policy and the constraints of globalizationThe link between language and reality often seems incomprehensible given the psychological constraints and the complexes developed towards the language of others.

Especially the inferiority complex developed in some cases, which makes them skeptical of seeing the Arabic language come into tune with science and knowledge.

This situation prompts us to recommend a set of procedures to establish an adequate language policy in Algeria based on scientific criteria and inspired from the work of specialists in linguistics, psychology, sociology and other scientific spheres.

Starting from these bases, it will be necessary to exploit several mechanisms that allow us to join globalization and the epistemological revolution.

This study tries to highlight certain concepts (plurilingualism, language policy, linguistic planning, globalization), this leads us to ask this relevant question, with which linguistic planning can we approach globalization without altering the components of our identity and our cultural references in Algeria? In the conclusion, we thought it useful to recommend certain concrete proposals to deal with this linguistic situation and to adapt it to the requirements of the situation.
