تحاول هذه الدراسة من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية معالجة موضوع يتعلق بطرق تنمية مهارة الكلام عند المتعلمين وهي الطرق التي جاءت بها المقاربة بالكفاءات بهدف جعل دور المتعلم أكثر إيجابية و فعالية في العملية التعليمية التعلمية و من هذه الطرق نذكر بيداغوجيا المشروع وحل المشكلات حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة فاعلية بيداغوجيا المشروع وحل المشكلات في تنمية مهارة الكلام عند المتعلمين وذلك من خلال احتكام إلى مواقف أساتذة اللغة العربية في الطور المتوسط حيث كنا قد قدمنا لهم استبيان يحتوي على أسئلة تدور حول هذا الهدف المرسوموقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج نذكر منها: ضرورة الإلمام و الإحاطة بمقتضيات هذه الاستراتيجيات النشطة في التعلم و كذا مراجعة الحجم الساعي الخاص بهما.
و كذلك التأكيد على التغير الإيجابي الذي شمل شخصية المتعلم الفكرية و الاجتماعية
Abstract EN
This study attempts to address the topic of development of speech skills for learners, which is the ways in which the approach of competencies came with the aim of making the role of the learner more positive and effective in the educational process, and these methods include the pedagogical project and problem solving, where we have presented them with a questionnaire for them Questions revolving around this goalThe study has reached a number of conclusions: the need to be aware of the requirements of these active learning strategies, as well as to review their volume.
It also emphasized the positive change that included the intellectual and social personality of the learner.
