The research concerns description linguistic planning, because it's the first step to overcome the linguistic problem and to purify national's language from within the globalization and preserve identity in the face of the linguistic and cultural, and its effect on the educational system.

Accordingly; The question is: have the politicians in Algeria managed to solve the linguistic problems? what is its effect on the education system? It has been clearly that politicians can't impose unified language limitations in reality, but in pages of laws that have not been applied; On the contrary, it led to spreading the culture of linguistic.
