The financial transactions in Islam have to be conducted on the basis of the respect and compliance with the Islamic law as well as its purposes, either in terms of taking and giving, lending, or borrowing in the context of all transactions, be it individual or collective.

The contracts carried out today by Islamic banks have raised so many questions and one of the issues that are the subject of research and examination by researchers and experts is "The binding pledge in the contract of profit sharing.

"Some views see no harm in allowing this practice.

Others, on the other hand, prohibit it.

So, to what extent is this practice in accord with the rulings of the Islamic law? , what are the views of scholars from the different schools of thought with regard to the legal decision on the fulfillment of this pledge? what suspicions are raised on this matter? In addition, what is the legal response to this practice? This research is an attempt to deal with the issue in question on the light of the Islamic law and teachings, and we have called it "The necessity of The pledge in the Islamicbanking transactions: The contract of the profit sharing of the bidder for the purchace."
