The study aimed to find out the causes of weak national security, as well as the results obtained from that weakness in the Horn of Africa, as well as highlighting the problems and non-military threats and their impact on national security in the Horn of Africa.

The study also used several methods to collect information related to the subject of the study.

The study concluded with several results that the Horn of Africa region suffers from internal problems represented in governance and management systems, social isolation imposed on some components of the peoples of the Horn of Africa, as well as border problems, all of which cast a shadow on the security process.

The nationalist, which worked to weaken him in the face of these problems, which allowed the superpower to find a place for it within the region under the pretext of extinguishing these problems directly through political interventions and building military bases, or indirectly,
