The study aims to measure the degree to which the tile factory in -Attabi and Choubar- performs social responsibility activities.

Exactly in the management of production and operations, being a philosophy proven to lead to achieving competitive advantages in addition to building a good image of the factory, whether for the local or international community.

Through a proposed model that measures the extent of application of social responsibility indicators in the production and operations management function in the studied plant -It has been shown that social responsibility indicators are embodied in the production function and operations to varying degrees.

One of our recommendations is to work hard to achieve higher ratios of the extent to which social responsibility is embodied in the production function and processes that are necessarily reflected in the social responsibility of the factory as a whole
