Abstract EN

Algeria, as other countries all around the world, is affected economically, socially, and administratively by the Corona pandemic, and the interests of individuals and investors to obtain various construction contracts and start the activities have been disrupted due to the paper-based process adopted by the Algerian administration.

This disruption in issuing various contracts affects financially the investors and the country which owns the project because of home quarantine measures applied to prevent the spread of the virus.

Consequently, this paper comes to study the necessity to move towards electronic administrative decisions regarding the construction contracts in Algeria after Corona pandemic, as a way to face the cries that could affect the traditional administrative activities.
