This study attempts to analyze the role of energy bets in the US-Russian competition in the Caspian Sea region, which, due to its great importance on the energy level, has turned into an arena for international competition and into a topic and goal for the new great game between the United States of America and Russia, to control not only the sources of energy, But also on the pipelines to be transported to the world market.

The study concluded that energy is not only an economic resource, but it is also an important tool in managing the geopolitical struggle for global hegemony, because whoever controls energy sources controls international geo-economic balances and then controls the world.
