This paper aims to research the issue of the relationship of Islam with politics in Nigeria, especially since a total of twelve Nigerian states out of thirty-six states have implemented Islamic law, in addition to the fact that Nigeria is a country characterized by diversity and pluralism at various levels, so we find in it ethnic, linguistic, and cultural pluralism, regional, and religious pluralism, and the latter is actually embodied in the main religions, which are represented in the Islamic religion, and the Christian religion - without neglecting the traditional religions - and the study came to the conclusion that Islam is increasing its position in Nigeria, and this is evident in the growth of Islamic movements and associations the thing that will have repercussions and circumstances on the relationship of Islam with politics in the country.
