Political stability is considered one of the most prominent political phenomena with multiple and intertwined dimensions that change with the change of time, place and people, and among the most ambiguous and complex political concepts, given the great controversy that he witnessed in order to reach a specific and precise meaning, as he is also considered One of the most urgent forms of stability for the continuation of societies, because it includes the formulation of a system of policies that take all forms of change.

Therefore, Arab countries strive to ensure stability at all levels and thus ensure the continuity of the existing political system, among which is Morocco, which witnessed a societal movement that reflects real societal conflicts resulting from Weak and fragile development.
