The People’s National Assembly is a representative body that derives its legitimacy from the people’s direct election.

If it has this important role, it can only play through members of Parliament.

Therefore, the electoral law detailed how an individual can obtain a seat in the National People's Assembly.

With the issuance of Order 21-01 that includes the organic law for elections under special circumstances as a result of the popular movement, on the one hand it carried the addition and privacy to win a seat in the National People's Assembly, and on the other hand it tried to remove the corrupt money that corrupted the electoral process and encouraged young people to practice politics and enter the electoral competition.
