The international criminal judiciary tries persons accused of committing international crimes punishable by international law before the International Criminal Court in accordance with its statute, and when judicial rulings are issued that must be executed on the ground so that the final convict is a lesson to others, in order to reduce violations of international humanitarian law in the future.

However, the application of these judicial rulings needs a lot of material capabilities, the most important of which is the place of execution of the punishment, as the court does not have a place designated for it to implement these judgments, which made their implementation in other countries, which is the impact of the application of international humanitarian law, positive and negative, and thus affect the investigation International peace and security in the world.
