This article is based on what is called "constitutional engineering".

This term is ambiguous, and is sometimes understood as a simple toolbox in the hand of the constitutional founder, and sometimes as a set of techniques and principles arranged to achieve the goals that constitute the starting point for building a state of law and institutions.

It is a matter of using the resources of the constitutional law to ensure that the outcomes of political crises and democratic transitions are managed.

Above all, to ensure a balance between the three powers, and not to assault the executive authority on other authorities because the problems of assaulting come from the executive authority.

And that is through the availability of the political will first of all, then the court's constitutional engineering that makes the constitution a guarantor and a protector of itself.
