The reasons for legalization and prohibitions of criminal liability apply to abortion, as is any full-fledged crime if it is committed in circumstances where the provision of criminalization cannot be applied, especially since it is aimed at protecting a first interest in consideration.

Accordingly, the legislation has approved cases of legalization of the act of criminal abortion, when the continuation of pregnancy threatens the life and safety of the mother from danger, while raising the responsibility for the perpetrators if there are a number of reasons to take into account the health, economic and social aspect.
