Illegal immigration has received great attention that no other phenomenon has received because of its serious political, economic and security repercussions, whether on the local, regional or international level, and given that this is a complex phenomenon in terms of the factors that drive it, and therefore its multiple effects cannot be addressed The dimensions are separate from the political, economic and humanitarian problems related to them.

Therefore, this study aims to shed light on the risks that migrants are exposed to, as well as the problems that they carry with them wherever they are and the policies that have been taken to combat this phenomenon.

Through this research paper, we reached several results, the most important of which are: 1 - Lack of joint Arab preoccupations affecting all fields, economic, political and security.

2- The treatment of the phenomenon of illegal immigration needs specific policies and strategies to reduce the phenomenon and reduce its negative effects.
