Abstract EN

The aim of This study Is to highlight one of the légal means of achieving international criminal justice, established by the Security Council in the case of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, in a new development to resolve disputes controversy and legality as to its legitimacy based on Chapter VII of the Charter and its contribution to the monitoring of international perpetrators because of their temporary nature, in parallel with the entry into force of the Rome Statute, the permanent international judicial body, responsible for monitoring international crimes specified in accordance with Article (05) of the Statute of the International Criminal Court.
