This article aims to highlight the role and importance of tourism investment in development, as we clarify the definition of tourism investment as an economic activity, through the guarantees and incentives that the Algerian legislator has included.

As for the results, the most important of them is that increased tourism investments lead to economic development.

Likewise, despite the existence of many laws in Algeria, all of which aim to attract tourism investments, the registered foreign investment has not lived up to the expected level.
