In this simple study, we touched on the two most important tourism activities, which are the tourist agencies and tourist guides in Algeria, where we dealt with everything related to them from the concept, conditions and tasks assigned to them in the Algerian law, especially that the tourism sector in Algeria is still a marginal and modest sector.

And the objectives reached are that tourism activity is still late and faltered, so the state must put in place appropriate legal texts that are in line with the economic conditions in Algeria
